The Stone Flower Youth Film Festival showcases the world’s best ‘youth-made’ and ‘for-youth’ films. It is a diverse collection that includes all genres, celebrates youth culture, and showcases a new generation of filmmakers.
SFYFF is the only festival in Russia that is run by youths and also includes a complete youth jury.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a platform for emerging youth and adult around the world to reach the broadest possible audience and to generate international dialogue through cinema. The festival looks to celebrate and inspire filmmakers to develop their technical and creative skills and become true ambassadors of respect and understanding for the future.
Our vision is to build an enlightened and engaged youth society through film.
SFYFF will continue to innovate and build on its achievements to ensure that the Urals become the cultural hub of Russia, and we hope to become Russia’s most significant youth film festival in terms of international profile, audience size, the quality and breadth of its festival and programs.
